Maxwell Services, Inc., Incorporated in 2001, has been serving the Chicagoland area
with Construction, Roofing, and HVAC services for the past 6 years.
We are certified as an M/WBE in the City of Chicago and the State of Illinois.
Our central focus has been on residential renovations through programs
in the City of Chicago. We have worked on numerous projects throughout
the city including the Weatherization Program at the Community Economic
& Developmental Association (CEDA), the Time & Materials, Scattered Sites, the IDIQ projects at The Chicago Housing Authority and as a General Contractor for the Department of Housings' EHAP and City Block programs. We have also performed as
a sub-contractor for all of the aforementioned programs.
